Site Engineer

Job Descriptions

1. Involve in day to day site PPVC production and construction works
2. Liaise and coordinate closely with external parties (RE/RTO/Subcons) and internal personnel for site work management
3. Verify contractors claims and variation orders
4. Handling site inspection and regulations requirements
5. Monitor site progress and quality control
6. Update of bar bending schedule, monitoring of rebar usage and order
7. Measurement and calculation of projects concrete and rebar quantities

Job Requirements

1. Diploma / Degree in Civil & Structural or Construction Management
2. Experience in high rise construction works will be preference
3. Familiar with PPVC / DFMA construction environment will be preference
4. Familiar with BCA's regulation and other authorities requirements
5. Familiar with Microsoft Project
6. Knowledge in excel and power point presentation
7. Able to work with tight schedule
8. Independent, accountable and initiative
