You will support daily construction activities by coordinating with the Project Manager, managing materials on site, leading the works team, and ensuring accurate reporting to maintain smooth project progress.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily construction activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to project plans
- Communicate daily tasks and updates clearly to the Project Manager
- Write and submit detailed daily reports documenting work progress and site conditions
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels of materials used on site to prevent shortages
- Follow up on material requests and ensure timely delivery for uninterrupted site operations
- Lead the works team to execute tasks according to Project Manager instructions, ensuring quality and safety standards are met
- Able to take off Plumbing/Sanitary/Gas Bill of Quantity.
- Able to work on Tender.
