Job Summary
You will plan, monitor, and manage construction site progress and activities, ensuring compliance with specifications and drawings while reporting to senior site management.
Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor construction site progress to ensure timely completion of activities
- Manage site operations to comply with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards
- Coordinate with senior site engineers and construction managers to align project goals and resolve issues
- Apply expertise in road and underground structure projects to oversee relevant construction phases
- Execute and supervise ERSS, reinforced concrete (RC), and foundation works to meet safety and quality requirements
- Utilize BIM and CAD software proficiently to support site planning, design verification, and progress tracking
- Leverage experience in Civil or LTA projects to enhance site management effectiveness and compliance
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in road and underground structure projects
- Experience in ERSS, RC work, and foundation work
- Proficiency in BIM and CAD software
- Related Civil or LTA project experience
Other Information
Working Hours
- 0800-1800 hours (Monday to Saturday)
- Sunday duty at least once a month
