Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and monitor day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and managing project progress to meet deadlines and budget targets.
• Interpret and implement design drawings and specifications accurately on-site.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure construction works meet design intent and technical requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety standards, workmanship quality, and contractual specifications.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including site reports, inspection records, and progress updates.
• Support in resolving technical issues, discrepancies, and non-conformities during construction.
• Ensure all site activities are carried out in accordance with workplace safety and health regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Candidates with 3 years up of site experience are preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project documentation tools.
• Knowledge of BIM or digital construction tools will be an advantage.
• A strong team player with initiative, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality work.
