Site Engineer

We are an established interior contracting A&A firm dedicated to continual improvement and sustainable growth. As part of our expansion, we are seeking experienced and self-motivated individuals to join our team as Site Engineer. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and executing A&A projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery from initiation to completion.

Job Description

- Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance with the work programmes

- Liaise and coordinate with consultants and subcontractors for technical issues and site activities

- Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, ensure quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time

- Prepare reports and method statements

- Supervise workers/subcontractors and monitor their works closely for accuracy of works and safety compliance

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Project and Facilities Management or related field.

- Minimum. 2-3 years site experience in building construction projects.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, PowerPoint, and MS Office applications.

- Knowledge and experience in BIM will be an advantage.

- Possess good communication and writing skills.
