Site Engineer

Project: FCU and AHU Replacement Works

- Working hours - Mon to Fri: 9.30pm to 6.30am

- Night shift

- Location: Choa Chu Kang

- 1 year contract

- To commence by end of Aug 2026

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee the replacement and installation of Fan Coil Units (FCUs) and Air Handling Units (AHUs) at our project site. The ideal candidate will ensure that all replacement works are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.

Requirements:

- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.

- Proven experience in overseeing HVAC projects, particularly FCU and AHU systems.

- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.

- Proficiency in CAD will be advantageous

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Able to do Night Shifts

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage the daily operations of FCU and AHU replacement activities at the site.

- Ensure that the installation works meet industry standards, project requirements, and safety regulations.

- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying potential issues and suggesting corrective actions.

- Perform T&C for replaced units.

- Conduct quality checks and inspections of the equipment and workmanship.

- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

- Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize disruptions or delays.

- Assist in the preparation and submission of necessary documentation and reports.
