Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to join our growing structural construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring quality workmanship, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site.
- Ensure all structural works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Monitor work progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering support during construction.
- Manage site materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Design and analyze structural systems using CAD software and prepare detailed drawings and technical documentation.
- Prepare and review cutting lists and fabrication details using CAD tools.
- Interpret architectural and structural drawings and review project documentation.
