Job Responsibility
- Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings.
- Carry out construction work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- Coordinate with Structural, Architectural and M&E staff to resolve arising problems and issue.
- Ensure timely and smooth progress of work.
- Perform QA/QC role on areas assigned and ensure safety regulations are complied on site.
Job Requirements
- Minimum diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in public or private residential, government and commercial building projects, with at least completed one project as track record.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player and handle stress and deadlines.
- Dynamic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented person
