SITE ENGINEER

Responsiblities

All aspect of Civil Engineering Work

Planning, work scheduling and reporting of site progress

Liaise with consultants and clients ensuring that the work is carried out smoothly in accordance with the specifications.

Coordinating and supervising structure team ensuring compliance and timely completion of the structure works

Managing subcontractors and suppliers that their works are carried out effectively and efficiently

Prepare and submit documentation, i.e. schedule of the works, progress reports, method statement for functions maintenance of road structures and facilities

Apply permit for carry the works

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Min. 5 years local experience in residential landed projects

Knowledge of MS Projects, Office, AutoCAD and other softwares

Proficiency in English and Mandarin

Those without SG working experience will not be considered.
