Adequate knowledge in site work planning and execution. (logistics, materials, and manpower)
Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction work to the master programmes.
Liaise with customer's site representatives and subcontractors/suppliers.
Check construction drawings for trades coordination on site.
Conduct inspections and checking on works.
Ensure that all operations are carried out safely. Co-ordinate the handling over of completed works to the customer and completion of the necessary rectification works.
Ensure safe work procedures are implemented to control risk.
Familiar with relevant authority requirement.

Requirement:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or related field
Familiar with BCA, LTA, or MOM regulations (depending on project type)
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or similar tools
Good communication skills and ability to lead a site team
