Job Scope
We are looking for a versatile and responsible individual to support our projects in security systems, A&A works, and structural site supervision. The role will involve both technical and management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-tasking and Administration
Handle multiple responsibilities across project and office tasks.
Maintain proper filing, reporting, and documentation for projects. - Site Travel and Documentation
Travel to different work sites as required.
Prepare, maintain, and submit all relevant site documentation and reports. - Compliance and Licensing
Hold a valid driving license for site travel.
Possess and maintain necessary safety certifications (e.g., WSQ/CSOC or equivalent). - Quotation and Costing
Prepare quotations and cost breakdowns for Security Systems, Structural Site Supervision, Management, and A&A (Addition & Alteration) works.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams for pricing approvals. - Drafting and Technical Drawings
Prepare shop drawings for Security Systems and Architectural works.
Revise drawings based on client, consultant, or site requirements. - Project Coordination
Act as a bridge between the client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of works. - Team and Contractor Management
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to meet project requirements.
Supervise and guide the company's own supervisors and workers on site.
Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance on all projects.
