Job Description
- Execute Site preparation
- Supervise excavation and foundation works
- Supervise rebar, formwork and concrete works
- Supervise workers or subcon to ensure work complete according to drawings
- Coordinate material procurement and verified against specifications
- Project planning, scheduling and daily progress tracking
- Coordinate site activities to ensure productivity and quality work
- Attend site meetings and report progress to PM
- Work closely with internal team to reoslve technical and site issues
- Ensure site compliance on safety rules and regulations
- Ensure proper site housekeeping and storage
- Any other ad hoc duties
