SITE ENGINEER

Job Description:

Execute M&E/Civil engineering works in building construction.

Manage subcontractors work progress, drawings, materials, samples, method statements submission for approval.

Work closely to the clients, consultants and sub-contractors on technical issues.

Supervise and Coordinate and work closely with respective department staff to meet the project timelines.

Supervise daily site works and monitoring work progress, update the project progress status to Superior. Attending project meetings, liaising with subcons and consultants and handle project documentation.

Prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate with drafters

Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied.

Job Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Building Services

. Able to work independently with good communication skills

Excellent organization and management skills
