Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision. Monitor construction works to match drawings and specifications.
- Ensure quality and workmanship meet standards.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and workers on site.
- Planning & Coordination.
- Schedule daily site activities.
- Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are ready.
- Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Safety & Compliance
- Follow Singapore safety rules (WSH).
- Conduct toolbox talks and site inspections.
- Ensure project complies with BCA, MOM, LTA, PUB, etc.
- Documentation & Reporting. Prepare daily/weekly site reports.
- Track progress, delays, and site issues.
- Manage RFIs and approvals.
- Measure quantities from drawings (take-offs).
- Assist in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ).
- Track material usage and costs.
- Support cost control and variation claims.
- Technical Support. Interpret drawings, specs, and method statements.
- Solve minor technical issues on site.
- Assist in preparing shop drawings if needed.
Requirements:
- Possess at least a bachelor's degree in relevant field and possess relevant qualification certifications
- Demonstrated communication skills, teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Applicants with more than one year experience will be given priority
- Mandarin speaking and written is essential knowledge due to coordinate with Chinese client and project team
