- Oversee and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Supervise contractors and subcontractors on HDB, condominium, and landed residential projects to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor construction progress, resolve site issues, and coordinate with consultants, project managers, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards, quality control procedures, and HDB / BCA regulations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience in HDB, Condo, and/or Landed Residential Projects.
- Familiar with local building codes, HDB standards, and construction methodologies.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and site management skills.
