SITE ENGINEER

. Manage and supervise steel structure erection works for oil & gas and refinery projects.

. Read, interpret, and understand construction drawings related to steel structural and piping works.

. Coordinate daily site activities, including manpower arrangement, lifting activities, and work sequencing.

. Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to the approved schedule.

. Liaise with clients, consultants, and manage subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.

. Ensure all steel erection works comply with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

. Ensure safe execution of works within the approved budget and project timeline.

. Prepare daily site reports and progress updates for submission to the Project Manager.

Requirements

. Diploma or Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.

. Proven experience in steel structure erection works, preferably in oil & gas or refinery environments.

. Knowledge of lifting plans, work-at-height safety, and site coordination.

. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

. Self-starter with the ability to multitask and work independently on site.
