Job Description

Job Summary

Oversee construction crews and subcontractors to ensure project schedules and quality standards are met while maintaining safety compliance and effective communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise construction crews and subcontractors to ensure efficient daily workflow aligned with project schedules and goals
  • Conduct quality inspections on materials and completed work to maintain high standards
  • Enforce health and safety regulations to protect workers and maintain a safe site environment
  • Prepare and write daily site reports documenting project progress and issues
  • Communicate project updates clearly with clients, architects, and managers to facilitate collaboration and decision-making

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • ITE/Diploma in engineering or related field
  • Positive, proactive attitude (Can do attitude)
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Other Information

  • 5.5 days work week
  • Preference for Singaporean/PR candidates
