Job Description:
- Report to the Project Manager and is responsible to work with the project team to support the fulfilment of contract obligations within timeline, cost, and scope.
- Manage and oversee project activities on site, documentation, and subcontractor matters.
- Develop project schedule and work breakdown structures in accordance with contract requirement for timely project delivery.
- Project coordination with stakeholders to drive execution of project activities for delivery by completion date.
- Coordinate for timely submission of material and drawings for approval accordance to schedule.
- Responsible to coordinate the performance of integrated tests leading to successful users acceptance tests.
Requirement:
- Degree/ Diploma in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Proven track records in Green field construction industry (Main Contractor M&E or M&E subcontractor), or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in Project Management, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, IT Networking would be added advantage.
- Able to perform work independently and as team player.
