Work Location: Home to Site (Various Location depends on project)
Working Hours: 5.5 days per week
Salary: Up to SGD 5,000(Basic) + Variable Bonus (VB)
Responsibilities
- Oversee and monitor daily site operations, ensuring works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth progress of works
- Prepare and update site progress reports, inspection records, and related documentation
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health standards at all times
- Assist in resolving site challenges, variations, and technical queries
Requirements
- Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering recognised PEB or BCA, Singapore
- Minimum 1 year of relevant industrial or commercial project experience
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and safety regulations
- Candidates who can start immediately or within short notice will be preferred
