Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the planning and supervision of construction works to ensure project milestones are met.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to maintain smooth operational workflows.
- Monitor project progress and enforce safety and quality standards to comply with regulatory and company requirements.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing technical submissions, shop drawings, and project documentation to support construction activities.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Civil, Structural, Construction Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the civil engineering industry.
- Demonstrate a proactive, hands-on approach with a strong problem-solving mindset applied to construction challenges.
- Exhibit effective communication skills and collaborate efficiently within multidisciplinary teams.
