Site Engineer, Civil

Responsibilities:

• Assist Director/Project Manager in monitoring and manage the day-to-day technical and operational aspects of a construction project to ensure it's completed on time and within budget.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and/or sub-contractors on the project matters.

• Coordinate and supervise all activities on the construction site.

• Attend regular meetings with owner/ client/ architects/ contractors/ sub-cons on the project related matters.

• Check drawings and the ability to resolve technical queries and discrepancies in between drawings and as well as those arisen during the project execution.

• Monitor the work environment and ensure adherence to all relevant construction regulations and health and safety standards.

• Effective communication to convey technical information and manage relationships with diverse team members.

• Ad-hoc duties by Director/ Project Manager

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction/ Structural or equivalent.

• At least 1 year of working experience in the building construction.

• Preferably with main-con experience on private landed residential projects.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
