Responsibilities
- Prepare inspection request forms to verify installations align with approved drawings
- Supervise and monitor installation activities to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications
- Oversee general project works, ensuring timely progress and compliance with standards
- Create red mark drawings reflecting site modifications and submit reports for As-Built drawing preparation
- Develop and revise shop drawings based on consultant feedback and manage re-submission processes
- Monitor material delivery schedules and control project costs by coordinating work arrangements per project timelines
- Commission project equipment and conduct risk assessments to ensure compliance with QEHS policies, procedures, and work instructions
- Lead site testing follow-ups, project safety meetings, and site coordination meetings to maintain project safety and communication
- Maintain awareness of legal requirements, environmental impacts, and occupational safety and health risks related to work activities
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience working on LTA projects
- Degree in Civil Engineering
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and maintain motivation under tight schedules
- Availability to commence work on short notice
