Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Site Manager with 3-5 years of relevant experience in Singapore to oversee site operations for ongoing construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architecture, structure, or M&E (mechanical & electrical) works and possess strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities. Experience working with a main contractor will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations at the project site to ensure work progresses according to schedule, quality, and safety standards.
- Coordinate and supervise workers, subcontractors, and site activities to meet project timelines.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to the director.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Review technical drawings and specifications ensure accurate implementation on-site.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues independently.
- Optimize resource use, monitor material deliveries, and reduce waste.
- Maintain accurate site documentation such as daily reports, progress photos, and inspection records.
- Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities when required.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant site management or site supervision experience in Singapore.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following disciplines: Architecture, Structure, or M&E.
- Strong multitasking capabilities and ability to handle multiple site activities simultaneously.
- Independent problem-solving skills and ability to make sound on-site decisions.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills able to work well with diverse teams.
- High level of responsibility, initiative, and willingness to learn.
- Proficient in reading construction drawings and using project management tools.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
