Site Coordinator

Job Description:

• Coordination of on-site work with main contractor & sub-contractor for the precast defects
• Supervise, coordinate and check quality of works on site
• Monitor and lead work of subcontractors and in-house workers
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications
• Assist in on-site quality or defect works
• Monitor site safety and ensure that all safety requirements are enforced
• Attend Site Meetings with Clients
• Coordinate and ensure that precast components supplied meet client's delivery and installation deadlines
• Other Project Related work as required

Requirements:

• Experience and able to lead and control workers and subcontractors
• Positive attitude with customer service mindset & a team player
• A service-oriented and enthusiastic problem solver
• A multi-tasker with good inter-personal and communications skills
• Able to work under fast paced environment
