Job Description

Coordinate with customers, internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth site operations and timely completion of assigned work.
Understand customer requirements, work schedules and site arrangements, and coordinate manpower and resources accordingly.
Assist in managing new and existing projects, including tracking work progress, site issues and operational requirements.
Supervise site workers and contractors, ensuring work is carried out safely and according to required procedures.
Monitor site risks, operational issues and customer feedback, and escalate matters where necessary.
Ensure workers comply with workplace safety, environmental and health requirements.
Conduct site briefings and provide guidance to workers on job requirements, safety procedures and equipment usage.
Assist with urgent or after-hours site activities when required.
Provide transportation support for workers to and from work sites when required
