Key Duties & Responsibilities
. Manage daily site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet quality specifications.
. Liaise effectively with subcontractors and vendors to coordinate site operations and maintain workflow efficiency.
. Prepare accurate and timely progress reports for project managers, consultants, and relevant external stakeholders.
. Monitor project expenses closely and keep track of all ongoing construction variation works throughout projects.
. Enforce strict adherence to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
. Maintain organized project documentation and records to support successful project handover and final completion.
. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve technical issues and support overall site operational goals.

Job Requirements
. Degree or diploma in Construction Management or a relevant engineering field.
. At least 2 years of professional experience working with a builder or contractor.
. Proficiency in AutoCAD for creating and reviewing technical site drawings and project plans.
. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively manage stakeholders and project teams.
. Ability to work independently while acting as a reliable team player on site.
. Strong attention to detail regarding regulatory compliance and project documentation standards.
