Site Supervision Oversee daily site activities to ensure work is done according to schedule, safety standards, and specifications. Monitor site manpower, materials, and equipment usage.
Coordination with Teams Liaise between subcontractors, main contractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution. Resolve on-site issues and report critical matters to the Project Manager.
Progress Monitoring Track work progress and report daily or weekly updates. Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Quality Control Inspect works to ensure compliance with design, standards, and specifications. Highlight defects or rework needed to relevant parties.
Safety Compliance Enforce workplace safety and health regulations. Conduct safety briefings and ensure workers use proper PPE.
Document Handling Maintain proper records of site activities, including delivery orders, inspection checklists, and work permits. Assist in preparation of reports, method statements, and site instructions.
Material & Resource Coordination Check deliveries and material quality. Arrange materials, tools, and equipment needed for site work.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Some positions may accept relevant trade or technical qualifications (ITE/NTC).
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant working experience in construction sites (building, A&A, M&E, or infrastructure projects).
Fresh graduates with site internship experience may also be considered for junior roles.
Skills & Qualities:
Basic knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and building codes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and physically fit to work on-site.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools is an advantage.
