Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise construction site activities.
- Liaise with RE/RTO, subcontractors, consultants and supplies.
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance.
- Assist in planning work schedules and sequencing of site activities.
- Attend site meetings, prepare minutes and follow up site issue.
- Maintain proper documentation including daily reports, drawings and site records.
- Coordinate with Head Office for site progress claim, site material and etc.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related field.
- Minimum3 years of experience in construction site coordinator / engineer with building main contractor.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsible, proactive and able to work independently.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
