Responsibilities
- Lead the installation, testing, and troubleshooting of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety compliance
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics to provide clear technical guidance to technician teams
- Enforce adherence to safety standards by conducting regular site inspections and ensuring all activities meet regulatory requirements
- Assign tasks, train technicians, and monitor the performance of staff and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality standards
- Maintain accurate records of materials, manpower, and project progress, and report updates to project managers to support decision-making
