Construction Project Manager

a) To manage project work scopes of supervising, organizing and coordinating with project team and trade contractors/ suppliers.

b) In-charge of overall authority submission and approval.

c) To ensure successful execution of the project with on time delivery, zero defect and meeting safety and health requirements.

d) To plan and organize work program for all site activities during the project, able to recognize any delay/ critical path and to take immediate and appropriate action.

e) Maintain the financial health of the project by ensuring that project activities are completed within timeframe and planned budget.

f) Preparation of daily / weekly progress report.

g) Preparation of necessary submissions to relevant authorities such as Building Management and Government Authorities. Liase with the Clients, Design Team and Contract Managers regarding to all site matters. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and vendors on delivery, execution or installation works.

h) Responsible for monitoring the process and progress at the project site.

i) To ensure project to be in time for the handover date required.

j) Site inspection, Quality Control, Defects Liability to be carried out on site

k) Documentation of As Built Drawings, Operations and Maintenance Manuals to be prepared upon completion of project.

l) To attend and arrange necessary site meetings as and when required.

m) Deliver assigned projects in accordance with customer specifications and Company policies/standards.
