Site Coordinator cum Draftsman

Job Description:

• Monitor, coordinate and keep track of the site work progress to ensure all work is carried out in quality and efficiency manner.
• Understand how to read and do up CAD drawings.
• Close monitoring of jobs and provide necessary updates to the site team.
• Control and manage purchases.
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems.
• Providing reports and activity updates to management.
• Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Building & Construction.
• Knowledge on AutoCAD/Revit/Tekla.
• Certificate in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.
• Proactive with a positive mentality.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
