Responsibilities:
Study and interpret construction drawings, with strong emphasis on architectural details, shop drawings, and method statements.
Coordinate closely with Main Contractor, Consultants (Architects & Engineers), and Other Trades to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.
Liaise between the company's in-house team, subcontractors, and suppliers to align site execution with project requirements.
Plan and monitor site activities, including manpower deployment, materials, tools, and equipment.
Identify site constraints and conduct risk assessments, proposing practical solutions to avoid delays and rework.
Ensure materials and equipment are ordered, delivered, and used according to project schedule.
Enforce site safety requirements, compliance with WSH regulations, and main contractor's site rules.
Attend site meetings, resolve coordination and site issues, and provide regular progress and issue reports to management.
Monitor work progress and quality to ensure targets, milestones, and deadlines are met.
Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, or related discipline.
Hands-on site coordination experience in architectural trades such as roofing, facade, cladding, or related works is strongly preferred.
Good understanding of subcontractor coordination, site workflow sequencing, and main contractor requirements.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently on site and manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines.
Possess a Class 3 driving licence.
