Job Description

  • Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop project plans, set timelines, track progress, and manage budgets and expenditures.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee daily operations, monitor work, manage teams, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordination & Communication: Act as the central point of contact, liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, and local authorities.
  • : Ensure availability of tools, equipment, materials, and personnel, and manage their allocation.
  • Documentation: Maintain project records, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and meeting minutes.
  • : Verify work compliance with drawings and codes, implement safety protocols, and address defects.
  • Problem Solving: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues and conflicts to maintain workflow.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on project status, performance, and risks to management.
  • Training: Brief new workers and ensure all site personnel understand procedures and safety measures.
