Job Description

Day to day project coordination including machineries and manpower resources
Liaise with main/sub contractors on project progression to ensure works carry out smoothly and meet project schedule
Schedule tasks, monitor progress, and project resources & site coordination in acocordance to engineer detailed work plan
Supervise and coordinates a team of foreman in civil activities of various construction projects
To ensure the upkeeping of machineries and to optimize the usage on site
Liaise with engineers for work inspections and to resolve technical issues
Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients specifications
Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned
