Job Summary
Support project management by administering site documentation and purchase orders, ensuring accurate record-keeping and seamless coordination with site personnel and head office to drive compliance and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Administer project documents and manage purchase orders at the site office to support project execution
- Provide administrative and clerical support to site personnel to facilitate smooth daily operations
- Liaise effectively with head office to obtain and process necessary documentation for project continuity
- Control and manage the flow of incoming and outgoing documents to maintain organized records
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of project documentation to enable easy retrieval and audit readiness
- Review and update records regularly to ensure accuracy and currency of project information
- Communicate proactively with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely submission of required documents
- Coordinate with the project team to enforce compliance with documentation standards and procedures
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in site administration and document control, preferably within the construction industry
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and stakeholders
