ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). ANTA Sports principally engages in R&D, design, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. Responsibility:
- Adults or kids sports apparel, and/or footwear merchandising of the assigned brands.
- Develop local market multi-brands product merchandising mix, ensure merchandising strategy is properly coordinated and efficiently implemented to achieve the organization's goals.
- Handle annual / seasonal buying process from budgeting to launching.
- Formulate buying strategies, develop OTB plans and product mix allocation to optimize sales plan and gross margin.
- Regularly keep track of sales trend to provide relevant strategies accomplishing business objectives.
- Work closely with Operations and Marketing teams for maximizing top line and minimizing inventory.
- Analyze the data to formulate a right product plan and solutions to fit for the business needs and cater for the market trend.
- Shop visit to collect feedback and analyse product sell through.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale merchandising or key account management in fashion/sportswear industry, with regional multi-brand retail client management exposure is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in OTB planning, KPI tracking, and sales reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; PLM experience is a plus.
- Effective cross-functional communicator with regional coordination experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with high proficiency in both Mandarin and English languages in order to liaise with colleagues in China and SEA countries.
- Passion for sports is a must.
