ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute wholesale merchandising strategies across Southeast Asia (SEA) for premium sportswear the Salomon Brand, ensuring assortments meet both market and channel needs.
- Collaborate with key wholesale partners on seasonal assortment planning, open-to-buy (OTB), and sell-in/sell-through strategies.
- Lead product presentations, Go-To-Market(GMT) launches, and in-season pushes, coordinating closely with internal teams (Retail Operations, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Training) and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market visits to gather consumer insights, assess competition, and evaluate retail execution across SEA.
- Work with China HQ and regional planning teams to share product feedback, track market trends, and participate in seasonal hindsight reviews.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory, and customer feedback to drive merchandising decisions.
- Oversee wholesale operations, including order tracking, cancellations, delivery timelines, and product lifecycle coordination.
- Support training workshops and provide merchandising tools to enhance partner product knowledge and readiness.
- Align channel marketing and visual merchandising execution with brand campaigns across all wholesale doors.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in wholesale merchandising or key account management in fashion/sportswear industry, with regional multi-brand retail client management exposure is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in OTB planning, KPI tracking, and sales reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; PLM experience is a plus.
- Effective cross-functional communicator with regional coordination experience.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with high proficiency in both Mandarin and English languages in order to liaise with colleagues in China and SEA countries.
- Passion for sports is a must.
