Job Duties:
- Oversee the end-to-end operations and lifecycle of the assigned system(s) to ensure system availability, reliability, resilience, security, performance and scalability.
- Lead system upgrade, integration, change or migration projects.
- Oversee incident, problem and service request management, escalation workflows and SLA adherence.
- Ensure system compliance with policies, standards, procedures and regulations through regular security reviews and risk management and maintain system documentation for auditability.
- Be the primary technical contact for the assigned system(s).
- Manage vendor, who provides 24/7 L1 Technical Support, and vendors service delivery, performance and compliance with requirements, organisation policies & standards and industry best practices.
- Manage the budget and expenditure for the assigned system(s).
- Oversee procurement processes, including tender specifications, evaluation and contract negotiations.
Job Requirements:
- Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience.
- Experienced in Cloud computing. Amazon Web Services (AWS) certification, Microsoft Azure certifications or working experience in Government on Commercial Cloud (GCC) would be advantageous to the candidate.
- Solid knowledge of IT project management. Certifications such as PMP, ITIL would be advantageous to the candidate.
- Solid knowledge of cybersecurity principles. Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP or equivalent would be advantageous to the candidate.
- Proven ability to manage vendors, budgets and cross-functional teams.
