Job Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and optimize business processes using BPMN standards and Signavio or similar tools.
- Develop current and future state process models across people, process, information, and technology domains.
- Conduct workshops and interviews to capture processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Create business process hierarchies, value chains, organizational charts, and BPMN swimlane diagrams.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and process documentation for stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring stakeholder engagement.
- Work autonomously to prioritize tasks and deliver process solutions effectively.
Job Skills & Requirements:
- Strong business process analysis and modeling skills.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Proficiency with process modeling tools (Signavio preferred, ADONIS, ARIS, iServer, etc.).
- Working knowledge of document management systems and collaboration tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, MIRO).
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with BPMN 2.0 standards.
- Ability to work independently in diverse, virtual project environments.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 45 years of experience in business process modeling.
- Experience in SAP Supply Chain or similar systems preferred
- Background as a Functional Consultant or Super User preferred.
