Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

. Involve in the installation of new Equipment's during plant expansion.

. Carry out Equipment improvements projects and modifications.

. Manage Projects including Testing and commissioning, on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

. PLC Programming of Life Safety Systems configurations.

. Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

. Produce timely and detailed reports.

. Installing small additions and changes to existing systems.

. Follow all company's filed procedures and protocols.

Requirements:

. At least 10 years of experience in PLC & SCADA developments and Maintenance

. Familiar with Automation and Control engineering

. Strong Knowledge in Siemens PLC S7-400 CPU and redundant system configuration

. Strong knowledge in Wonderware ArchestrA SCADA system is a must

. Proficiency in Profibus communication and troubleshooting

. Diploma and Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or above

. Knowledge of MS Office

. Basic knowledge in Mechanics, Pneumatics and Hydraulics.

. Strong personality with a hands-on attitude.

. Ability to work rotating shift and perform overtime on weekdays & weekends.

. On call support during and after office hours.
