Job Description

We are seeking a Short-Form Video Content Creator to support our digital marketing and customer acquisition efforts for a premium consumer fitness brand in Singapore.

The role focuses on creating and publishing short-form video content across social media platforms to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation. This position plays an active role in supporting advertising and marketing initiatives through digital content execution.

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing team to produce high-frequency, platform-native content that resonates with the local Singapore market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish short-form video content for digital marketing channels such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Facebook

  • Support advertising and marketing campaigns by producing video content aligned with campaign objectives

  • Film and edit short-form videos showcasing product demonstrations, customer experiences, and marketing messages

  • Assist in communicating brand value propositions and addressing common customer questions through video content

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align content with promotional activities and sales initiatives

  • Monitor basic content performance metrics (e.g. views, engagement) and adjust content approach accordingly

  • Ensure all content aligns with company brand guidelines and marketing objectives

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)

  • Experience creating digital or social media content for marketing or advertising purposes

  • Familiarity with short-form video platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, or similar

  • Basic video filming and editing skills (mobile or desktop tools acceptable)

  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and audience engagement

  • Comfortable communicating ideas clearly and working in a customer-facing environment

  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting

Preferred Skills (Advantageous but Not Mandatory)

  • Prior experience supporting advertising or marketing campaigns

  • Knowledge of performance-based or social media marketing

  • Interest in fitness, wellness, or consumer lifestyle products

  • Ability to analyse content performance trends and optimise output

Salary Range

SGD $3,200 - $4,000 per month
(Commensurate with experience and aligned with market benchmarks)
