Shopping Mall Project Manager (MCST/ Upgrading/ Renovation ) (1 Year Contract) #NKC

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee end-to-end execution of MCST (Management Corporation Strata Title) projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, and delivering projects on time and within budget while ensuring quality and compliance. The Project Manager will liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow, manage schedules, oversee inspections, and resolve logistical challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute MCST projects from conception to completion.

• Develop and implement project plans with clear goals, objectives, and timelines.

• Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

• Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.

• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and controlling costs.

• Communicate with stakeholders, including project committees and team members.

• Ensure projects meet quality standards, implementing quality control processes.
