Our client is a well-known Property Company in Singapore. Singapore property company seeks Operations Manager/Asst Manager: lead security, car park, safety, housekeeping, sustainability & vendor management.
- Oversee mall security, car park, safety, cleaning, and sustainability operations
- Manage vendors, contracts, KPIs, budgets, and cost efficiencies
- 5-8 years experience (mall/commercial preferred), relevant degree/diploma
Responsibilities
- Manage car park operations, traffic flow, revenue strategies, and customer experience improvements.
- Lead workplace safety and health compliance, risk assessments, policy updates, and emergency preparedness.
- Housekeeping, waste management, recycling, and environmental hygiene programmes.
- Handle vendor contracts, performance monitoring, budgeting, and cost efficiencies.
- Oversee mall security operations, protocols, emergency plans, and crisis response.
Candidate Profile
- Degree or diploma in facilities management, environmental science, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in shopping malls or commercial property operations.
- Good understanding of building systems, security protocols, sustainability principles, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive, detail-focused mindset and real commitment to environmental sustainability.
- Proven leadership and organisational strengths, combined with solid expertise in managing vendors and contracts.
