Shop Supervisor

SHOP SUPERVISOR:-

Provide good customer service

Display and replenish bakery items and products on the shelves and counters

Slicing breads with safety gloves

Assist customers in placing orders and for collection of cakes

Washing of trays and utensils

Basic housekeeping duties to ensure the storefront is clean and tidy

Ensure compliance to all food hygiene standards

Assist with inventory check and cashiering duties

Answer phone calls and customers enquiries politely

Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor/ Manager

Job Requirements:

Prior experience in similar field will be an added advantage

No experience applicants are welcome to apply as training will be provided

Physically fit as required to carry loads (when required) and able to stand for long hours

Able to work on weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts
