As a Shop Supervisor / Shop Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the retail store. You will lead a team of retail staff, ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently while meeting sales targets. Your role includes monitoring team performance and providing reports on sales and staff performance to the Shop Manager / Country Manager. You will also maintain store displays and ensure all operational procedures are consistently followed to achieve business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide a superior shopping experience by ensuring staff deliver professional, friendly, and personalized service to every customer.
- Sales & Performance Management: Drive store profitability by monitoring sales targets, implementing promotional strategies, and maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Team Supervision & Leadership: Lead by example while supervising daily store activities, motivating staff, and fostering a positive team culture.
- Performance Monitoring & Staff Development: Track individual and team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support continuous staff improvement.
- Onboard and Train New Staff: Conduct orientation and training programs to equip new hires with product knowledge, service standards, and operational procedures.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure accurate inventory control to minimize shortages or overstock.
- Store Operation & Safety: Maintain smooth daily operations by enforcing standard operating procedures and upholding workplace safety standards.
