We are MUET (myu-ay), a fine fashion accessories brand under the Bauhaus umbrella, seeking an experienced and dynamic Shop Supervisor to lead our retail team at our upcoming VivoCity boutique, our second in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record of driving sales, motivating staff, and managing day-to-day store operations. NOTE: This position is for our upcoming store in VivoCity. We are looking to hire a candidate who can begin work in April 2026.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
- Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor store performance and provide regular feedback to the team to drive improvement.
- Oversee store merchandising, visual displays, and stock management to align with brand guidelines.
- Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service and resolves any customer issues effectively.
- Support the Store Manager in administrative tasks, sales reporting, and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of proven retail experience, with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of fashion retail trends and strong visual merchandising skills.
- Ability to work a 44-hour work week on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: $2,800 SGD per month
- Commission: Up to $1,500 SGD per month, based on team and store performance.
- Working Hours: 44 hours per week
