Shop Sales Exec at Changi (Basic+AWS+VB)

Looking for a Shop Sales staff who hands-on retail professional to support daily store operations and deliver excellent customer experiences within a global lifestyle brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily store operations (opening/closing, cash handling, team briefings)
• Drive customer service excellence and handle customer issues
• Support sales performance and execute promotions & product launches
• Assist in inventory, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
• Collaborate on social media and in-store campaigns

Requirements:

• Diploma or above, with retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Open to shift work, including weekends and public holidays
