Academies Australasia College (AAC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Coordinator cum English Language Lecturer to manage and deliver the Certificate in English as a Foreign Language (CEFL) programme.

This dual-role position involves both academic coordination and teaching responsibilities, ensuring effective programme delivery, student success, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Coordination

  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and delivery of the CEFL programme
  • Coordinate timetables, class allocations, and teaching resources
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. CPE standards)
  • Monitor academic quality, assessment processes, and student outcomes
  • Liaise with management, academic staff, and administrative teams
  • Support student engagement, feedback collection, and programme improvement initiatives

Teaching & Academic Duties

  • Deliver English language lessons (CEFL programme) to international students
  • Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments
  • Assess student performance and provide timely feedback
  • Maintain accurate academic records (attendance, results, reports)
  • Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment

ob Requirements

  • Recognised English language teaching qualification such as CELTA / DELTA / TESOL (mandatory)
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field
  • ESL/EFL teaching experience
  • Prior experience in programme coordination, academic leadership, or similar role preferred
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively


Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a Private Education Institution (PEI) in Singapore
  • Familiarity with CPE/SSG requirements and academic quality assurance processes
  • Experience handling international students from diverse backgrounds
