We're looking for a Shop Manager to lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. You'll manage the store team, oversee inventory, and coordinate with internal departments to maintain smooth operations.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily store operations and ensure standards are met
- Lead, motivate, and train store staff for excellent performance
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Analyze sales data and implement strategies to achieve targets
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve escalations
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams for promotions
What We're Looking For
- 25 years of experience in retail or shop management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail analytics
