Job Description

1. Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Shop Designer who will be responsible for In-Store Marketing (ISM) management, POSM design and modification, and digital experience management including webOS app operation and development support. This role requires a strong balance of design sensibility, hands-on execution capability, and technical understanding, ideally with prior experience in advertising agencies or brand design environments.
2. Key Responsibilities
In-Store Marketing (ISM) & POSM

  • Manage and maintain In-Store Marketing (ISM) standards across retail channels.
  • Design, adapt, and localize POSM materials such as signage, lightboxes, and displays.
  • Modify and optimize existing POSM designs for different store formats and constraints.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for production, revision, and deploymen.

Design & Production

  • Create and revise designs using Adobe Photoshop.
  • Produce technical drawings and layouts using AutoCAD or equivalent CAD tools.
  • Ensure all designs are production-ready and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Support store opening, renovation, and refresh projects from a design perspective.

Digital & webOS Management

  • Manage content and operational aspects of webOS-based in-store applications.
  • Support app development, customization or localization for retail usage.
  • Collaborate with developers and HQ teams on UI/UX, requirements definition, and testing.
  • Troubleshoot basic app or content issues related to in-store deployment.

Creative & Strategic Contribution

  • Apply strong artistic judgment to enhance in-store brand presence.
  • Leverage experience from advertising or creative agencies to improve visual communication
  • Ensure consistency between offline retail design and digital experiences
  • Proactively suggest improvements for customer engagement and visual impact

Requirement

  • Proven experience in shop design, ISM, POSM, or retail design.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
  • Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD tools.
  • Understanding of app development fundamentals and UI/UX principles.
  • Experience managing or supporting webOS or smart TV-based applications.
  • Strong artistic sense with a relevant portfolio.
  • Prior experience at an advertising agency, branding agency, or creative studio.
  • Experience with global brands or APAC retail operations.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or app frameworks.
  • Experience in digital signage or interactive retail solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Min.35 years of visual merchandising expereince is preferred.
